HR, attendance & payroll — built for the Maldives

Close payroll in two days. Not two weeks.

WorkHarmony replaces the spreadsheets, the WhatsApp approvals and the manual overtime maths with one system your whole organisation works in — from the punch clock on the wall to the payslip in their pocket.

A 45-minute demo using your own numbers. No slides, no obligation.

The real cost

What month-end is costing you right now.

60+ hrs

Lost every month

Exporting punches, retyping them, chasing approvals and rebuilding the same payroll sheet.

1 in 12

Payslips queried

Every disputed overtime line is a meeting, an email chain and a correction.

11

Spreadsheets

Leave here, attendance there, loans in a third, and none of them agreeing.

No answer

To a simple question

Nobody can say what headcount and payroll cost are this month without building a file first.

Typical for an employer of around 500 people running month-end on spreadsheets.

None of this is a people problem. It is a system problem.

See how WorkHarmony fixes it

What changes

Three things stop happening in your first month.

2 days to close a month

Payroll stops being a rebuild.

Attendance, approved overtime, leave without pay, allowances, deductions and loan instalments are already in the system. A pay run collects them and applies your rules. You review, you finalise, you are done.

  • No re-entry from spreadsheets
  • Your own payslip layout
  • Locked periods nobody can move

Disputes stop at the source

Arguments about hours end before payday.

Punches import from the devices you already have, and staff on site clock in from the phone with their location attached. Every shift shows scheduled, worked, late and overtime — calculated the same way every time, and visible to the employee before payday, not after.

  • Works with your existing punch devices
  • GPS clock-in for site and island staff
  • Employees see their own hours in the app

Approvals stop living in WhatsApp.

Leave, overtime, late exemptions, duty changes, forgotten clockings, letters and benefits all route through the approval chain your organisation actually uses. Managers approve from the phone. Nothing waits on someone remembering.

    Typically six weeks

Based on typical mid-market deployments. We are happy to be measured against a specific alternative.

Getting started

Live in about six weeks. We do the heavy part.

  1. 1

    Discovery

One session to map your structure, shifts and pay elements.

  2. 2

    We build it

We load your employees, history and rules. You do not.

  3. 3

    Parallel run

One full month alongside your current process, side by side, until the numbers match to the laari.

  4. 4

    Go live

With training for your team and support on your first three closes.

  • Support in your time zone

From people who know your setup.

  • No retyping

We migrate your existing data. You do not rekey it.

  • Your data stays yours

Full export on request, and on exit.

Before you ask

The questions everyone asks us.

We already have attendance devices — do we replace them?

No. WorkHarmony reads the punches out of your existing biometric or RFID clock system on a schedule, so you keep the hardware you have already paid for. We confirm your specific device and how it stores punches during discovery.

How long does this really take to implement?

Typically six weeks for a standard multi-site setup, depending on how much history you want migrated. We run one full parallel payroll cycle alongside your existing process before cutover, so you are never risking a late or wrong payday.

What happens to our historical payroll data?

We extract, map and load your historical payslips, deductions and leave balances from CSV exports or your previous system, so your audit records stay intact.

Can we start with attendance and add payroll later?

Yes. Many organisations fix daily clock-in and manager approvals first, then switch on payroll once their HR team is ready.

Is it priced in rufiyaa?

Yes. WorkHarmony is billed in Maldivian rufiyaa on monthly or annual terms, so there is no exchange-rate exposure on your software cost.

Who owns our data, and can we get it out?

You do. You can export employees, timesheets and payroll history at any time in CSV, and request a full database export whenever you need one — including on exit.

Do our staff need company email addresses to use the app?

No. Staff sign in to the mobile app with their employee code, so a workforce with no company email can still use it.

What if our pay rules are unusual?

The rule engine handles split shifts, rotating rosters, per-diems and allowances that differ by site or contract. If something is genuinely unusual, we map it during discovery and confirm it in the parallel run.

Your next payroll could be the last hard one.
