Month-end bottlenecks
One team, four sets of everything.
Separation between entities matters, and duplication is what usually delivers it.
The same work, four times
Four spreadsheets, four calendars and four sets of rules, maintained by the same two people.
Four chances to get it wrong
Branch rosters built locally
Each branch manager keeps their own roster, and head office sees it after the fact.
No view of the group
Shared logins between entities
One account used by several people because per-entity access is too much trouble to set up.
No accountability
No group-level number
Headcount and payroll cost across the group require someone to build a file first.
Decisions made late
After
One account, four companies.
Separate where it matters, together where it helps.
Each company keeps its own structure
Separate org charts, approval chains and payroll calendars, in one account.
PeopleRosters visible across branches
Branch managers build their own rosters and head office sees all of them without asking.
AttendancePermissions instead of shared logins
Access is granted per person and per action, so who did what is never a guess.
PlatformGroup numbers without building a file
Headcount, attendance and payroll cost across every entity, live.

Questions
What operators ask us.
Can one person administer several companies?
Yes, with permissions per company. Someone can run payroll for one entity and see nothing of another.
Do we have to replace our attendance devices?
No. We read the punches out of the clocks you already have, on a schedule. We confirm your specific device and how it stores punches during discovery.
How long does it take to go live?
Typically about six weeks, including one full parallel payroll cycle alongside your current process before cutover.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your organisation runs on its own isolated database, and you can request a full export at any time, including on exit.
See it on your own operation.
We set it up with your structure, your shifts and your pay elements before the call, so you are looking at your own numbers.
