Month-end bottlenecks

The workings matter as much as the answer.

A figure you cannot reproduce is a finding waiting to happen.

Allowances calculated in a spreadsheet

Each allowance has its own rule and its own sheet, and the person who built them is the only one who understands them.

A single point of failure

No record of who changed what

A figure changes between draft and final and there is no way to say who changed it, or why.

An audit finding

Round-the-clock rotations by hand

Three-shift rotations and emergency call-outs rebuilt manually every week.

Hours lost to rostering

Tender questions nobody can answer quickly

Procurement asks where the data lives, who can see it and how it comes back out.

Delays in evaluation

After

What an auditor sees.

The same calculation every cycle, and a record of every hand that touched it.

Allowances as configured pay rules

Each allowance is a rule on the payroll run rather than a formula in a sheet, so every cycle reproduces the same calculation.

Payroll

An audit trail on every change

Adjustments are attributed and timestamped, and periods lock when a run is finalised.

Platform

Rotations built once and reused

Shift patterns apply to a whole group, and emergency duty is handled by the overtime rules rather than a rebuild.

Answers your procurement team can file

Your own isolated database, your own subdomain, permissions down to the action, and a full export whenever you ask.

Security

Talk to someone who knows councils & utilities.

Tell us how you run things today and we will show you the parts that would change. If WorkHarmony is not the right fit, we will say so on the call.

  • A 45-minute walkthrough
  • Set up with your own structure
  • No obligation and no sales deck

Optional. We will only call if email stalls.

Questions

What operators ask us.

Can you provide documentation for a tender?

Yes. Tell us what your tender requires and we will put the documentation together on letterhead, including how data is isolated and how it is exported.

Do we have to replace our attendance devices?

No. We read the punches out of the clocks you already have, on a schedule. We confirm your specific device and how it stores punches during discovery.

How long does it take to go live?

Typically about six weeks, including one full parallel payroll cycle alongside your current process before cutover.

Who owns our data?

You do. Your organisation runs on its own isolated database, and you can request a full export at any time, including on exit.

See it on your own operation.

We set it up with your structure, your shifts and your pay elements before the call, so you are looking at your own numbers.
